Time 8AM to 10AM Kamoauli is a Native Hawaiian, locally owned, double-hulled Polynesian canoe (waa kaulua). We offer an immersive cultural and educational experience on board a sailing canoe. There are various hands-on activities such as poi pounding, hula dancing, and guests can learn to play Hawaiian instruments. Kamoauli does offer light refreshments every sail, passengers can taste locally sourced traditional voyaging food such as sweet potato, dried fish poke, mango, papaya, and coconut. We have a cultural practitioner ( teacher/ kumu) on board as well as a historian so guests can learn of the history and people of the Hawaiian Islands.
