And finally, enjoy a thrilling Polynesian show.

FUN

After your lei greeting, interact with your Pacific Island hosts with Native Hawaiian crafts, hula lessons, weaving, tattooing, coconut husking, and fire making. Experience the traditional Hawaiian 'Imu and 'Ava ceremonies.

FOOD

As day turns to twilight, sink your teeth into a lavish Hawaiian feast featuring traditional and regional favorite dishes (menu below).

FIRE

Finally, sit back as Chief Sielu stars in the Hawaiian extravaganza of your dreams with his tribe of fire twirling, tree climbing, comedic, dynamic Polynesian drummers, dancers and entertainers. Your evening culminates with World Champion Fire Knife Dancer Chief Sielu and his tribe filling the night sky with FIRE!

CHIEF SIELU

He has appeared on Late Night with David Letterman, Travel & Discovery Channels, BBC, MTV, and Oprah Winfrey. He starred in the movie Chief which was featured at the Sundance Film Festival, and threw the flaming spear that ignited the Olympic torch at a pre-Olympic ceremony in Salt Lake City.

Chief Sielu is known as "Ambassador of Polynesia" and the "Coconut Man". In addition to the Chief's Luau at Makapu'u, Chief Sielu hosts and stars in the weekly award-winning Fia Fia luau at the Marriott's Koolina Beach Club (open only to Marriott guests).
